Software Maintenance and SupportLine
We offer maintenance or support for all our software products and solutions. Specially trained and experienced TECHNODAT employees support customers by phone, email, remote support or on-site.
The software maintenance contract ensures customers the latest program versions and support in case of problems or errors.
In addition to the maintenance contract, we stipulate an hourly quota to offer assistance with system support, supplementary customizing for new use cases, monitoring of the runtime environment at regular intervals and, if required, on-site support for all TECHNODAT software modules.
In consultation with our customers we define the exact scope of SupportLine services.
