We develop standard products and also customizable corporate solutions that are designed to optimize business processes in technical solution areas. We support companies of all sizes in areas such as project planning, maintenance, operation of plants, occupational safety and quality management.

Our employees are the basis of our success. We are proud that many members of our team have remained loyal to us for many years – one third have been with the company for more than 15 years, some even for 20 years, another third for a good 10 years. Hybrid Work at Technodat

Over the past few year flexible working has become the norm in our company. In terms of a good work life balance, in line with changing circumstances and increasing digitalization our employees have the opportunity to work remotely to some extent.

Team Spirit and Identification with the Company
Teamwork, communication and professional exchange are important to us. Every single employee and especially new colleagues benefit from such an approach. This works best at the office.

When the team meets in the conference room, has a quick chat in the kitchen while getting coffee, discusses in small groups at the bar table or has lunch together, the result is a level of social interaction that is very difficult to achieve with remote work using video calls.

Personal contact on a regular basis is essential, especially for our young support staff and the project managers, in order to exchange ideas with experienced co-workers and subsequently to implement projects in a professional manner. That’s why Technodat practices a well-balanced mix of office presence and remote work as a hybrid.
