Digital Visitor Management for External Visitors and Contractors<\/h2>\n\n

The syneris visitor management system enables convenient visitor registration and the issuing of visitor badges for external persons or companies. The web-based syneris visitor management includes access control of external visitors or external companies (in the building or on the company premises) as well as site instructions, if required with knowledge checks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitor registration<\/strong> can be done online in advance or at a terminal on site.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Preregistration & Instruction<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Registration can be done in advance by online form. After entering the required data including a photo (facial recognition) and successful completion of an instruction<\/strong><\/mark><\/a> <\/strong>a confirmation with a QR code is generated, which must be presented as proof upon arrival at the company premises.<\/p>\n<\/div>

On-site Registration & Instruction<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Before entering the premises or building, the external visitor or third-party company (supplier, fitter, etc.) registers at a terminal on site, where a corresponding form must be completed. After entering the required data, instruction with a knowledge check takes place, if desired. After successful completion, the visitor pass can be printed out or collected from the porter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The multilingual instruction modules can be customized as needed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Subsequently, the visitor management system provides the reception or porter with an overview of the visitors who are currently in the building or on the company premises.In the event of an emergency or fire, evacuation can be supported.
