To do this, a new project is created in syneris.<br\/>Responsible persons and employees are assigned to the project, their role determines their access rights &#8211; some employees can see and edit everything, others only have read access to selected areas, for example. If required external employees can be provided with selected information. At the start of the project, the project&#8217;s team members receive a link by mail, which allows them to access and edit project data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Automatic Structure Creation<\/strong><br\/>A defined folder structure is created automatically as soon as content is available. Thus, the folder &#8220;MAILS&#8221; is displayed only when mails are actually assigned to the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Project processing<\/strong><br\/>During the project processing, the other solution areas of syneris can be utilized. For example, official notifications can be processed in a fully developed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.technodat.at\/en\/legal-notices\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"981\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#7aa228\" class=\"has-inline-color\">notification management<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> system &#8211; up to and including RIS coupling.<br\/>Relevant correspondence can be managed and shared with other project team members. Any document can be created, edited, and distributed to selected employees with the possibility of obtaining a read receipt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:49px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 41%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>AutoCAD-Link with syneris Preview Format<\/strong><br\/>Technical drawings can be viewed, edited and sent to the test run from the system using the fully-fledged AutoCAD link, for example. The convenient syneris preview format offers to view or print out plans at any time without an AutoCAD license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">The preview is format-independent. Document formats such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, mails, photos and even electrical plans can be conveniently displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>syneris Version Management<\/strong><br\/>Version management enables the creation of new versions including annotation of changes as well as read-only access to old versions.<br\/>Investment numbers, cost centers, etc. can be compared with other systems.<br\/>syneris monitors dates and deadlines and provides an overview of open or overdue tasks, e.g. using a traffic light system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Cross-departmental Processing Options<\/strong><br\/>Thanks to networked and cross-departmental working with syneris, selected information (e.g. notifications, technical drawings, emails) can already be linked to the system during the project phase.
